Refund & cancellation

No subscriptions to cancel
Paid plans are one-off payments for 1 or 12 months. Nothing renews automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for.
All sales are final
Flarito is priced low, so every payment (plans, credit packs, video packs and add-ons) is final and non-refundable. Try the Free plan first to see your numbers before you pay.
Where the law requires it
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If a technical fault on our side stops you using what you paid for and we can't fix it, we'll make it right.
Failed or double charges
If money left your account but your plan didn't activate, or you were charged twice, email us. We'll fix or refund it within 2 working days.
How corrections are paid
Any correction for a failed or double charge goes back to the original payment method through the same gateway (Cashfree, Razorpay or PayPal) and usually arrives in 5–7 working days.
